1910 Europe ships to the UK & the majority of European countries.

Please note that any orders to Europe that are over €150 will be charged duties on entry, this is the customer's responsibility to pay.

Returns
1910 has a 30-day return policy, which means your item(s) is / are only eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@9teenten.eu , please make sure to include your order number in the subject line of your email. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A £5 restocking fee will also apply for each accepted for return. Items that don't qualify for a return will not be returned to the sender unless additional shipping is paid for.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do our best to keep everything in stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we’ll ship the rest of your order and issue a prompt refund for the out-of-stock item(s). You’ll never be charged for products we can’t ship.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we're not currently able to process exchanges. Please return your order for a refund & place a new order to get the new item you would like.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
